Charlie's main role involves providing support to the team on client related work.
Prior to joining AML, Charlie completed a Masters Degree in African Politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. He is particularly interested in the issues relating to state failure, piracy, and the key role Governments have to play in facilitating private sector development in Africa.
Before undertaking his Masters, Charlie completed an undergraduate degree in Politics at Newcastle University. Upon graduating, he went on to work for Blue Skies where he undertook a variety of projects, ranging from drilling boreholes in the Central Region of Ghana, to researching new business development opportunities in Africa.
